Are you an experienced leader with a strategic mindset, ready to drive success across multiple regions? Northern Gas Heating Ltd, a key entity within the Senapt Group, is seeking a dynamic National Canvas Manager to lead our regional canvassing operations across the UK, based primarily in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- National Leadership: Direct and manage the recruitment, training, and operational activities of regional canvass teams in the North East, North West, Midlands, M5/M4 Corridor, and South of England.
- Team Building: Partner with regional managers and our in-house recruitment team to establish and sustain high-performing remote teams in each region.
- Training & Development: Design and implement robust training programs, ensuring regional teams are well-prepared to achieve their targets. Provide ongoing support, both remotely and from our Wolverhampton headquarters.
- Operational Management: Oversee all administrative functions, including payroll, performance tracking, and management of sweep staff across the regions.
- Leadership Role: Step into a senior leadership position with significant national influence.

Position: In-Store Lead Generator (Self-employed, Commission Only)
Location: Sheffield
Shift Pattern & Hours:
- Flexible Schedule: 3-5 days a week or weekends only.
- Typical Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturdays: 09:00 am – 1:00 pm.
- Weekly Retainer: Earn a £250 weekly retainer.
- Appointment Earnings: For 15 qualified leads/appointments (based on an average of 3 leads per day), you could earn £375.
- Sales Commission: Earn an additional 2% commission on successful sales. For example, on a product priced between £10,000 – £15,000, this could translate to an extra £200 – £300 per sale

- Achieve Targets: Work towards daily and weekly lead generation goals, contributing to our mission of expanding green energy adoption.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate the advantages of eco-friendly energy solutions to a diverse customer base.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or environmental advocacy is a plus.
