Position: In-Store Lead Generator (Self-employed, Commission Only)

Location: Sheffield

Shift Pattern & Hours:

• Flexible Schedule: 3-5 days a week or weekends only.
• Typical Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturdays: 09:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Remuneration: £250 per week retainer plus £25 per confirmed appointment, with an additional 2% commission on resulting sales.

How the Remuneration Works:

• Weekly Retainer: Earn a £250 weekly retainer.
• Appointment Earnings: For 15 qualified leads/appointments (based on an average of 3 leads per day), you could earn £375.
• Sales Commission: Earn an additional 2% commission on successful sales. For example, on a product priced between £10,000 – £15,000, this could translate to an extra £200 – £300 per sale

• Engage and Educate: Approach customers in-store and share the benefits of switching to eco-friendly energy solutions, such as solar power.
• Lead Generation: Collect customer information and generate qualified leads for our sales team, helping to drive the adoption of green energy.
• Promote Sustainability: Advocate for renewable energy solutions that reduce carbon footprints and save on energy costs.
• Achieve Targets: Work towards daily and weekly lead generation goals, contributing to our mission of expanding green energy adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate the advantages of eco-friendly energy solutions to a diverse customer base.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or environmental advocacy is a plus.
